Batch rename objects by rule

Rename many objects at once by rule: strip .001 suffixes, find and replace with optional regular expressions, apply a case style, add a prefix and suffix, and number only the names that would collide. Use it to prepare scenes for export and naming conventions.

Limits to consider

Renames objects and, when they have a single user, their data; materials, collections and other data blocks keep their names. Case splitting is a heuristic for ASCII words and digit runs. Names are cut to 63 bytes, so very long names lose their end. Regular expressions use Python syntax. Verified in Blender 5.2.1; written for the 4.2 API.
